Shipping Policy
Order Processing Time
All Inkwellias swimwear orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that this time frame does not include weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has left our warehouse. We appreciate your patience as we carefully prepare your high-quality swimwear for its journey to you.
Shipping Methods
We offer free shipping on orders over $100, and for orders under $100 we have two shipping plans to choose from, including flat shipping $7.99, express shipping $11.98.
International Shipping and Customs
Inkwellias offers international shipping to most countries. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by their destination country. These charges are not included in the product or shipping cost and are paid directly to the delivery carrier or government agency. We declare all packages at their full value as required by international law.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses due to carrier restrictions for our swimwear products. Please provide a complete physical address for delivery. Some remote or restricted locations may be ineligible for shipping, which will be indicated during checkout. If you have questions about a specific address, contact us at help@Inkwellias.com before ordering.
Order Tracking
Once your Inkwellias swimwear order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your unique tracking number and a link to monitor your package’s progress. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system. If you experience any issues with tracking your delivery, our customer service team is ready to assist.
Shipping Address Changes
Please review your shipping address carefully during checkout. We can only modify the delivery address within a short window after the order is placed. If you need to make a change, immediately email help@Inkwellias.com with your order number. Once the order has entered the fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee address changes, and we are not responsible for packages shipped to the originally provided address.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, carrier failure, or unclaimed status, we will contact you at the email provided. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order. If no response is received within 30 days, the order will be refunded, minus the original shipping costs and any restocking fees.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Inkwellias is not liable for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information confirms delivery but you cannot locate the package, we recommend first checking with household members or neighbors. Please also contact your local post office or carrier for further investigation. We are happy to assist you in this process.
