Returns Policy
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your Inkwellias swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached. Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on swimwear that has been worn or had its hygiene liner removed. All returns require prior authorization from our customer service team.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@Inkwellias.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where to send your item. Returns sent without an RMA number will not be processed. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected on your statement.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, we recommend returning the original item for a refund and placing a new order on our website. This ensures you receive your desired swimwear as quickly as possible and secures the item in your preferred size, which may have limited stock.
Return Shipping Costs
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped). We advise you to use a trackable and insured shipping service, as Inkwellias is not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Defective or Damaged Items
We take great care in ensuring our swimwear is perfect, but on rare occasions, an item may be defective. If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us immediately at help@Inkwellias.com with photos of the issue. We will gladly cover the return shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement upon receipt and verification of the defect.
Final Sale Items
Certain promotional items, clearance swimwear, or products marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or refunded. This will be clearly stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Please review your selections carefully before completing your order for these items.
International Returns
Customers returning items from outside the original shipping country are responsible for any applicable customs duties and return shipping fees. The returned item must be clearly marked as a return to avoid further import charges. Refunds for international returns will be issued for the product value only, minus any original shipping costs.
